This assistance can cover by due rental payments, future hire, and current utility bills. Applicants that have previously received assistance from the COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance plan may apply for additional aid, though there is no guarantee they volition receive assistance once more.

The City of Fort Wayne has received an additional $vi.3M in Emergency Rental Help. This is a short-term, COVID Relief Plan. Having received prior assistance does not guarantee future assistance.

Application intake will open on Monday, February 21st at 10am via the online application portal below, or past appointment in person with Lutheran Social Services and Catholic Charities. Please note that the program requirements take changed from the previous plan rounds.

To be eligible for assistance, applicants must meet the post-obit requirements:
